In Home Services
Case Management
Ongoing assessments and consultations with seniors and their families to determine needs and provide support
Caregiver Relief / Day Respite Care *
Providing trained individuals to help with the care of older adults who need 24-hour supervision
Homemaking Services *
Providing assistance with meal preparation, light house cleaning, and laundry to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
Personal Care *
Providing assistance in the performance of necessary activities, such as personal hygiene and grooming
Automatic Pill Dispensers and/or Medication Management *
Providing assistance with medication compliance and/or medication set-up by a registered nurse
Neighbor to Neighbor
Partnering with Neighbor to Neighbor to support their mission of providing assistance with household tasks, errands, outside projects, social visits, transportation and more
Tech Cafe
Partnering with Union County Neighbor to Neighbor to assist with the purchasing and set up of electronic devices and scam prevention
Food & Nutrition
Weekly Shopping Trips
Weekly senior shopping trips available through UCATS for those who do not drive
Home Delivered Meals
Partnering with the Memorial Meals Program to provide nutritious meals to seniors
Farmer's Market Healthy Seniors Program
Providing farmer's market coupons to be used for fresh local produce for income eligible seniors
Food Commodity Program
Partnering with Community and Seasoned Citizens to provide monthly food boxes for income eligible seniors
Richwood Emergency Assistance Program Food Pantry
Partnering with the Richwood Emergency Assistance Program (REAP) Food Pantry to provide food to seniors
Safety
Project Safe Heat
Partnering with Bridges Community Action to support their Project Safe Heat Program. This program provides free carbon monoxide detectors, furnace cleaning and inspections for seniors.
Elderly Home Repair
Partnering with Bridges Community Action to support their mission to make homes more accessible and safe for seniors by completing minor home repairs.
General Home Modification and Repairs
Providing access to general home modification and repairs through community partners to assist with making homes safer for seniors.
File of Life
Providing magnetic pouch for the refrigerator and wallet insert to record medications and medical conditions for first responders
Home Safety *
Providing in-home safety assessments and safety-related home items to improve independence
Crisis Management
Adult Protective Services
Providing protection to those who are in danger of being mistreated or neglected and unable to protect themselves
Emergency Needs Assistance
Providing limited emergency assistance for medications or utilities
Homeless Prevention
Partnering with the Salvation Army to assist low income seniors who are at risk of becoming homeless
Union County Personal Needs Pantry
Partnering with the Union County Personal Needs Pantry to provide paper products, cleaning supplies, toiletries, incontinence supplies and denture care to seniors
Richwood Emergency Assistance Program (REAP) Personal Needs Pantry
Partnering with the REAP Personal Needs Pantry to provide personal products to seniors

Providing funding to assist the Union County Guardianship Services provide guardianship services and additional support services to seniors
Marysville Public Library
Providing funding to the library to distribute mobile hotspot devices to seniors
UCATS Transportation
Providing wheel chair accessible transportation to Union County Seniors for medical and community trips
Information and Advocacy
Providing resource information about community-based and other services for older adults
Medicare Counseling
Providing Medicare counseling by Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP) certified staff
Union County Senior Activity Center
Partnering with the Union County Senior Activity Center (formerly Windsor & Community Seniors) to provide activities for seniors
Richwood Civic Center
Partnering with the Richwood Civic Center to provide activities for seniors
