Clients are encouraged to schedule an appointment if requesting a face-to-face meeting. The agency receives referrals from 8:00 - 4:30 Monday through Friday by phone, in writing, or in person. After business hours or for emergency situations, individuals may contact local law enforcement and request assistance from the on-call worker.
