The 2026-2027 Wellness Program is now underway!
We encourage all wellness participants to earn the maximum amount of Anthem rewards ($200) that may be earned throughout the wellness program period (7/1/26 - 6/30/27). To satisfy the wellness program employees must complete an annual wellness exam and earn an additional $50 in Anthem Rewards. Covered spouses (if applicable) need only complete the wellness exam.
Union County Commissioners have not yet determined the wellness incentive for 2028 (aka premium discount on health insurance premiums). More information to follow.
2026-27 REQUIRED ACTIVITY ($50 in Rewards)
Annual Wellness Exam (Adult Wellness/Well Woman Exam) This is an annual check-up (aka physical) with your doctor. If you do not have a primary care physician, you can schedule a primary care visit through through the Sydney Health App. No form is required. Completion of the Annual Wellness Exam (or well woman exam) is the only wellness activity required for spouses; however, they are welcome to complete elective activities and earn up to $200 in Anthem rewards.
Did you know that Anthem subscribers are eligible for a wellness exam once per calendar year? Members do not have to wait for 12 months to schedule another exam. As long as exams are performed in different calendar years, they will be covered.

ELECTIVE ACTVITIES FOR EMPLOYEES - EARNING AN ADDITIONAL $50 IN REWARDS
It's up to you! Employees can choose the other rewardable activities to complete, based on their interests and lifestyle. Be sure to complete enough activities to earn $50 in elective rewards!
