Lark Diabetes Prevention Program - Anthem has partnered with Lark to offer a diabetes prevention program that can help you determine if you're at risk for prediabetes and if needed, take steps to address it. This program can help you lose weight, eat healthier, increase activity, sleep better, and manage stress. Anthem subscribers can participate in this program at no extra cost and may receive a free FitBit, digital scale, and earn Anthem Rewards for completing the program. Learn if you are at risk for prediabetes - go to lark.com/anthem and take a one-minute survey to see if you could benefit from Lark's diabetes prevention program.

Sword Health Back & Joints Program - This is at-home physical therapy program that CEBCO is offering FREE to all Anthem subscribers (employees, spouses, and dependents 18 and older). This program is designed to help you overcome joint, back, or muscle pain – all from home.

Participation in the Sword program is completely voluntary, confidential, and free. If you enroll, you’ll receive a Sword Digital Therapy kit to use for at-home physical therapy sessions. Kits include a tablet and access to a digital physical therapy program, with support from a real physical therapist. Studies show that members can reduce their pain levels by 62% in just 8 weeks. No two members are alike, but programs typically consist of an initial period of 8-12 weeks, with physical therapy sessions 3-5 times a week. Sessions are performed in private at your convenience, then your physical therapist reviews your results and provides feedback. Once you finish the Sword program and have achieved your goals, as long as you stay active, you can keep the Sword kit.
