- The week of August 18th - 22nd: Will be held at the Village of Richwood, 153 North Franklin St.
- The week of August 25th - 29th: Will be held at the Jerome Township Hall, 9777 Industrial pkwy
- The week of September 2nd - 5th: Will be held at the Union County Service Center, 940 London Ave.


Keep in mind:
  1. Informal Hearings are not for complaints against taxes or tax rates.
  2. Ohio law is clear that market value is the value at which properties are taxed.
    1. Best indicator of market value is a *valid *recent sale 
  3. If the Auditors value is less than your valid recent sale, be aware that your property could be valued at its recent sale price
  4. If the Auditors value is more than your recent valid sale OR you feel your market value is incorrect you can certainly file for an Informal Hearing.

*Recent - within 12-24 months
*Valid - no special financing, foreclosure, bankruptcy and that it was exposed to the market
