The Virtual Inspection Policy aims to utilize technological advancements to improve the efficiency of the inspection process while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. By offering virtual inspections for select types, we strive to provide better service to contractors, inspectors, homeowners, building owners, and building managers.

We are excited to introduce Offline Field Reports, a new tool designed to improve efficiency in the inspection process. This option will allow required inspection benchmarks to be documented without the need to schedule an in-person visit. By removing the challenges of access and scheduling, Offline Field Reports will help ensure faster turnaround times and improved efficiency.
