  • VICTIM RIGHTS FORMS -  Protect your rights as a victim of crime. 
  • OHIO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS   -  Office of Victims Services.  If you are a victim of a crime and would like to register for notification regarding an Ohio inmate.
  • OHIO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS   -  Offender Search.  This site displays data on offenders currently incarcerated in an Ohio prison, under Department supervision, judicially released, or who died of natural causes while incarcerated.  
  • OHIO SECRETARY OF STATE - Safe at Home Program   Safe at Home is an address confidentiality program that allows victims of domestic violence, stalking, human trafficking, rape or sexual battery to apply for an address designated by the Secretary of State to serve as the person’s address to shield their residence address from public records, including the voter registration lists.
  • Crime Victims Rights TOOLKIT   - The Crime Victims Rights Toolkit serves as a self-help resource for crime victims. The Toolkit is designed to help victims of Ohio and federal crimes understand and exercise their rights. Provided by the Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center.
  • APPLY FOR VICTIM'S COMPENSATION   - If you or your family members are innocent victims of a violent crime, financial assistance may be available. This site contains a list of guidelines to help you determine whether you might be eligible for a payment as well as providing an online portal to apply for compensation through the Office of the Ohio Attorney General.
  • Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE)   lets victims of crime and other concerned citizens access timely and reliable information regarding offenders. It is offered free of charge to registrants, is completely confidential, and features multiple language support. VINELink can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide reliable information for custody status changes and criminal case information.
  • ASHA-Ray of Hope exists to serves women and children whose country of origin includes: Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. ASHA also helps families from other countries who call our 24/7 hour helpline and we make appropriate referrals. We do this by partnering with other agencies in the community.
  • Turning Point.  24-Hour-Crisis Line - (800) -232-6505.
  • Serving domestic violence victims and their families for more than 30 years in Crawford, Delaware, Marion, Morrow, Union and Wyandot Counties.  Turning Point now has a texting service for victims of domestic violence.  Please type any of the following words to 20121:
