The Clerk of Courts Legal Division is responsible for recording, maintaining, indexing, and certifying the legal documents filed in criminal, civil, and domestic cases.
The Clerk of Courts legal office is staffed by 10 trained deputy clerks who assist the Clerk in performing the statutory duties.
The public records maintained by the Clerk of Courts are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
