NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In compliance with Section 349.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, and pursuant to Resolution No. 26-414 adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (the “Board”) of Union County, Ohio on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, a public hearing will be held by the Board on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the office of the Board, 233 West Sixth Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040, regarding a proposed amendment to the Petition of the Jerome Village Community Authority to add certain parcels of real property to its New Community District. A copy of the proposed Amendment to the Petition is on file with the Board Clerk and was accepted by and determined to comply as to form and substance with the requirements of Section 349.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, by adoption of that Board Resolution No. 26-414.
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Union County, Ohio, will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to hold a work session to discuss goal setting and office objectives.
