Petitions & Filing process

The Union County Board of Elections will provide copies of a candidate petition form upon request.  Candidates are permitted to make copies of these forms.  

Petitions contain three separate sections: 

  1. Statement of Candidacy
  2. Nominating Petition
  3. Circulator's Statement
