Estates

The Probate Division, Court of Common Pleas, oversees the estates of persons who die owning property that must be distributed either according to their validly executed will or, if the owner died without a will, in accord with the laws of descent and distribution.  The Probate Division appoints one of more fiduciaries to conduct the administration of the estate.
